The give away

Four years after Down and Out in the Magic Kingdom was published by Tor Books and simultaneously released under a Creative Commons license for free download on the web(!), California author Cory Doctorow is still writing award-winning books and still making a living. His latest, Overclocked: Stories of the Future Present, is available in stores (from Avalon Books) and free on the web. On the new book’s web site he writes about giving it away:
