The Esotouric newsletter brings an update on efforts to save the author’s former LA home. “The Bukowski preservation hearing is Thursday morning at 10am, and your presence or emails of support are most welcome.”

Saving Bukowski’s Bungalow

The little bungalow where Charles Bukowski lived at 5124 De Longpre Avenue in East Hollywood is vacant now. The current owner put the property up for sale, posting an ad at Craigslist: “You can easily tear down the old building and do new construction!”
